Segundo informação do portal POPline, o cantor Lulu Santos fará um show no Rio de Janeiro em 4 de maio, dia de seu aniversário. Será a primeira apresentação da turnê Barítono, antes da estreia oficial em Miami, marcada para 12 de maio.
O show será aberto ao público e terá transmissão simultânea pelo Globoplay – mesmo para não assinantes – e pelo Multishow. A apresentação ficará disponível para os assinantes da plataforma e será reprisada no próprio Multishow e no canal BIS. Em 7 de maio, os melhores momentos serão exibidos em um especial na TV Globo.
A direção geral do especial será de Fábio de Lucena, que também participou da direção da turnê “Nossa História” de Sandy e Jr., da transmissão do Lollapalooza 2022 e do especial de 80 anos de Caetano Veloso.
A turnê Barítono foi anunciada por Lulu Santos em seu perfil do Instagram em janeiro deste ano. Em um post, ele escreveu sobre a descoberta de ser barítono e o prazer que tem em cantar em um tom mais grave.

A turnê terá sua primeira etapa em maio, com nove shows nos Estados Unidos. A partir de junho, Barítono chegará ao Brasil para 17 apresentações.

Além da turnê, Lulu está envolvido em outros projetos. O cantor recentemente completou 11 anos como apresentador do The Voice Brasil e, no início do mês, compartilhou fotos de uma gravação com Pedro Sampaio e um vídeo em que falava o bordão do cantor. Eles ainda não revelaram de que se trata o projeto, mas o DJ homenageou Lulu em sua rede social. “Sua música me encoraja a ser quem eu sou, me incentiva a ser uma artista cada vez melhor e me mostrou o quanto uma obra pode ser tão simples e tão complexa ao mesmo tempo! Obrigado por tamanha generosidade comigo hoje! Nunca vou esquecer desse dia!”
Em 2022, Lulu Santos também esteve nos palcos. Com a turnê “Alô Base” ele se apresentou em estados como Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Ceará e João Pessoa.
