Taylor Swift deu início a sua sexta e nova turnê, “The Eras Tour”, em 17 de março, com previsão de término dia 9 de agosto. A ideia da turnê é justamente ser uma jornada por todas as eras musicais da cantora, em apoio a todos os seus álbuns, principalmente os que foram produzidos na pandemia de COVID-19, sendo os fãs incapazes de verem Taylor performar ao vivo. O espetáculo tem três horas de duração e um repertório de 44 músicas, e desde a primeira apresentação, a cantora anunciou que cantaria duas canções acústicas surpresa em casa show.

Com isso, os fãs esperam ansiosamente para descobrir quais músicas Taylor irá cantar de sua discografia. “The Eras Tour” se iniciou na cidade de Glendale, no Arizona, Estados Unidos, e a cantora conseguiu esgotar todos os ingressos das 52 datas confirmadas no país.
Na primeira apresentação, Taylor surpreendeu o público cantando “MirrorBall”, do álbum “Folklore” e “Tim McGraw” de seu álbum de estreia de 2006. Desde então, ela vem trazendo canções como “State of Grace”, “Our Song”, “Cowboy Like Me”, com convidado especial Marcus Mumford, “Sad Beautiful Tragic” e “The Lucky One.”.
Com dez álbuns de estúdio no repertório, Swift afirmou que tem músicas suficientes para cobrir a jornada de 52 datas sem repetir nenhuma. Segundo o jornalista José Noberto Flesh, conhecido por confirmar atrações internacionais no Brasil, Taylor Swift estaria confirmada para fazer show no país, contudo, nenhuma informação oficial foi divulgada pela cantora.
