A Forbes divulgou recentemente um ranking com os 10 principais Youtubers dos EUA que foram os mais bem pagos em 2021, juntos os famosos faturaram cerca de US$ 300 milhões e grande parte dessa conquista se dá ao fato de o Youtube possuir muitos usuários, totalizando 2 bilhões de pessoas ao redor do mundo.
A receita que os Youtubers obteram se dá pelo aumento de visualizações de seus vídeos postados, mas também de publicidades, produção de conteúdo para outras plataformas, linhas de produtos próprios, contratos com empresas, etc.
Abaixo está listado os 5 primeiros colocados desse ranking.
1. MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson)
O Youtuber que tem 23 anos somou US$ 54 milhões em 2021, a maior quantidade já registrada por algum Youtuber. Suas visualizações bateram 10 bilhões. É a primeira vez que MrBeast lidera essa lista.
O que atrai os espectadores é que MrBeast realiza diversos desafios, e uma de suas grandes realizações foi sua própria versão de Round 6, famosa série da Netflix.
Outra fonte de renda da celebridade que está em ascensão é o MrBeast Burger, um aplicativo que permite que os fãs peçam refeições da marca MrBeast oferecidos por 1.600 restaurantes parceiros em todo os EUA.

Tudo começou com um talk-show nerd diário intitulado Good Mythical Morning que alcançou grandes proporções expandindo para spin-offs e extensões da própria marca.
O que chama mais atenção do público é a série culinária Mythical Kitchen que a dupla apresenta junto com Josh Scherer, o programa já tem dois anos.
