A Netflix divulgou nesta quinta-feira (9), o primeiro teaser do Volume 2 da quarta temporada de Stranger Things. A prévia de 30 segundos posiciona os principais personagens da série para um grande confronto final com o vilão Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower). O Volume 2 da quarta temporada estreia em 1º de julho.
A quarta temporada chega ao catálogo da Netflix com nove episódios, divididos em dois blocos: O primeiro volume, composto por sete episódios foi lançado em maio, enquanto o segundo que está para ser lançado em julho terá dois episódios, totalizando quatro horas de duração. Ao todo, os dois blocos somarão um total de quase 13 horas de conteúdo inédito da franquia.
Segundo a sinopse oficial da plataforma de streaming: “Nem tudo são boas notícias para o nosso ‘americano’; ele está preso longe de casa, no deserto nevado de Kamchatka, onde enfrentará perigos tanto humanos… quanto outros.”

Os principais personagens da terceira temporada estão de volta, porém, mais crescidos. Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Will (Noah Schnapp), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Joyce (Winona Ryder), Hopper (David Harbour), Nancy (Natalia Dyer), Steve (Joe Keery) e outros estão presentes.

Lançada originalmente em 2016 e com grande foco na nostalgia dos anos 1980, “Stranger Things” logo explodiu em sucesso e novas temporadas rapidamente foram confirmadas. Mas o plano inicial dos irmãos Duffer, criadores da série, não era pra durar muito.
Segundo eles informaram, em comunicado oficial, a série vai sim acabar em sua 5ª temporada, como planejado sete anos atrás. “Há sete anos, planejamos trama completa de “Stranger Things”. Naquela época, nossa ideia era que a série tivesse entre quatro e cinco temporadas. Não conseguimos encaixar tudo em quatro temporadas, mas, como vocês vão perceber, a história está chegando ao fim. A temporada 4 será a penúltima, e a 5 será a última”, disseram os irmãos Duffer.
